PACKING LIST
DIAGRAM
POWER ON
- The earphones automatically turn on(with blue LED light flashing) and start pairing tween you open the charging case.
- In the shutdown status and when the earphones are not in the charging case, simultaneously press and hold the MFB of both earbuds for 2 seconds to power on I with the blue LED light flashing),
POWER OFF
- Put the earphones back in the charging case and close the case to turn them off.
- If the earphones are not in the charging case. just press and hold the MFB of both earbuds fur 5 seconds to paver them off. (Mode 2 cannot be conducted during music p(playing or calling.)
PAIRING
- Open the charging case, they will automatically enter the pairing mode in which the LED light flashes blue and red alternately, and then select “Mpow Ml2”
Note, The earbud will reconnect to the paired device by priority. lf you want to pair to the second smartphone, please disconnect Bluetooth on the paired smartphone.
MUSIC
INCOMING CALL
MUSIC & INCOMING CALL & Siri
- Volume Up/ Down
Volume +: press and hold the MFB button of Right earbud to turn up the volume increasingly.
Volume -: press sand hold the MFB button of Left turn down the volume decreasingly. - Next/ Previous Track
Next Track: double tap the MFB of Right earbud.
Previous Track: double tap the MFB of Left earbud. - Play/ Pause
Tap the MFB of either earbud once. - Answer/ Hang Up
Double tap the MFB of either earbud - Reject
Press and hold the MFB of either earbud for 2 seconds - Activate Siri
Triple-tap the MFB of either earbud.
RESET
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned off in your device.
- When both earbuds are in the charging case, simultaneously press and hold both earbuds for 5 seconds to clear paired devices.
- The earbud’s light will flash red and blue simultaneously. which means successful resetting.
- The LED will out 1 second later, Mpow Ml2 will automatically enter back into pairing mode.
CHARGING
Note: wireless charger is sold separately.
Do not put the earbuds in the charging case when the earbuds are wet.
FAQ
What if the headphone is unable to turn on, or turning on without flashing?
1. Maybe the headphone is out of power that it needs to be fully charged. If charged more than 30 minutes and there is still no light flashing. Maybe there is something wrong with the battery.
2. There is something wrong with chip data. You can try to restore the factory default settings.
3. Exclude the human factors (such as water damage, get wet and so on).
What if it always prompts that PIN code and matched password are wrong when phone is searching and connecting?
1. Try to input “0000”.
2. Maybe there is something wrong with Bluetooth data in your phone. You need to delete the phone connected records, restart it and reboot the headphone pairing mode so that it can be searched and paired.
What if the headphone cannot hold a charge?
1. Figure out what kind of charger is used to charge. Please use other charging cables to charge.
2. The light is on or not when charging.
3. It could be the battery problem if the light still isn’t on after charging the headphone more than 30 minutes.
What if the headsets do not display full power?
The power displayed on the phone is inaccurate because there is something wrong with the power-displaying firmware. The indicator turn into blue when charging completed. You can observe how long the headset lasts and whether it last as advertised.
What if the switch function of Input Method is unavailable after connecting the Bluetooth speaker to my cellphone?
Please use the speaker to enter into Photo Mode, then exit.
Can the speaker automatically play music after inserted the TF card?
Yes, it will. Support MP3 format, but not support lossless music.
How to use Skype with Bluetooth headphone?
When using Skype, you need to set the audio source of the microphone and loud-speaker to “Bluetooth SCO Audio”.
What if the music stops when playing games at the same time?
It may be caused by the gaming software as it invoked the audio channel.
