1. INTRODUCTION
The Supro Flanger is an all-analog, full-stereo modulation stomp box that uses a quartet of genuine MN3009 Bucket Brigade IC chips to deliver the absolute richest Flanger effect possible in pedal form, all while maintaining exceptional headroom. In addition to Speed and Width knobs, the Supro Flanger features a bi- directional Feedback control and a Sweep control that increases the delay time on one side of the stereo field while shortening the delay time on the other side. Featured for the first time in a Flanger pedal, the Dimension switch crossfades the stereo channels into one another, creating the entrancing effect of the two delay lines being modulated in opposite directions Supro 1309.
2. EXPLANATION OF CONTROLS
- Speed: Sets the rate of modulation of the Flanger effect.
- Width: Sets the overall intensity of the Flanger effect.
- Sweep: Sets the delay time of the Flanger effect. Turning the Sweep knob clockwise will increase the delay time on channel 1 while decreasing the delay time on channel 2.
- Feedback: Sets the amount of resonance in the circuit. There is no resonance when the knob is set to the center position. Turning the control clockwise from the center increases the amount of positive feedback. Turning the control counter-clockwise from the center increases the amount of negative feedback.
- Dimension (switch): Enables a crossfade between the two channels, creating a unique, doubleflanger effect in mono or stereo Supro 1309.
The Supro Flanger runs on industry standard, 2.1mm neg. tip 9VDC power only.
The Supro Flanger does not take batteries Supro 1309.
The Supro Flanger has two separate channels each with its own particular character. Plugging into IN 1 and IN 2 will allow stereo processing of any sound source. Plugging into IN 1 only will automatically split your signal into both channels. This allows you to use OUT 1 or OUT 2 or both outputs. Using the Supro Flanger in stereo is strongly encouraged, as this unit sounds fantastic through a pair of tube amps Supro 1309.
When plugged in, the Supro Flanger will automatically power up in bypass. If you want the pedal to automatically power up engaged, hold down the footswitch during power up to change this behavior. If you ever want to switch the behavior back, simply hold down the footswitch during power up to change it back.
3. Supro 1309 SUPRO LIMITED WARRANTY
Your new Supro product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase. If the product is registered at http://suprousa.com/warranty, coverage is extended to two years. Tubes and speakers are covered for 90 days. Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of a registered Supro product, subject to the limitations contained in this warranty Supro 1309.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER OF SUPRO PRODUCTS BOUGHT ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2020 ONLY AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS. IN ORDER TO VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY, AND AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT TO WARRANTY COVERAGE HEREUNDER, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS FOLLOWING THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE OR SALES RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE— YOU MAY SUBMIT YOUR RECEIPT ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER THE PRODUCT WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE, YOUR PRODUCT WILL NOT BE SERVICED UNDER WARRANTY.
If your Supro product is destroyed, lost or damaged beyond repair while in the possession of Supro for repair, Supro will replace that product with one of the same or most similar style of a value not in excess of the original purchase price of your product. Any insurance covering the product, including but not limited to collector’s value insurance, must be carried by you at your expense.
This warranty covers the cost of both labor and materials on repairs deemed necessary by our Customer Service Representative which includes:
- Amplifiers: 1 year (Extended to 2 if registered)
- Speaker Cabinets: 1 year (Extended to 2 if registered)
- Tubes and speakers: 90 days
- Effects Pedals: 1 year (Extended to 2 if registered) Supro 1309
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Any product that has been altered or modified in any way or upon which the serial number has been tampered with or
- Any product whose warranty has been altered or upon which false information has been
- Any product that has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper
- The subjective issue of tonal
- Shipping damages of any
- Any product that has been subjected to extremes of humidity or temperature
- Normal wear and tear Supro 1309
- Any product that has been purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service has been
SUPRO MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. ALL IMPLIED, WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEEDING THE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES AND/OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THAT THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SUPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, EVEN IF SUPRO OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND SUPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING.
